Yearly, we offer maintenance plans to our existing customers. We want to know that your irrigation system is getting the attention it deserves; a seasonal start up, backflow test and winterization are priority. During the spring start up, we check all the sprinkler heads, adjust them for proper coverage and ensure the controller is set for current climate trends. Once finished, a licensed backflow tester ensures your home water is safe. When the weather turns cold, we will be back to blow out all the irrigation lines on your property. Winterizing your system in this climate is detrimental to the overall functioning of the system for years to come. This is the one service you should never go without.

If desired, our monthly inspections test all components and zones in the irrigation system and reset run times according to seasonal evapotranspiration changes. As a homeowner, it’s your environmental responsibility to water your landscape according to climate needs. A smart controller will automatically adjust run times and cycles for you. When an irrigation technician is on site, minor adjustments and repairs such as head/emitter cleaning or replacement, filter cleaning, small leaks, and minor timer adjustments can be made at the same time. During regular scheduled visits, the irrigation technician will note and report to owner any symptoms of inadequate or excessive irrigation, drainage problems, etc. The irrigation technician will notify the owner of the nature of the problem before repairs are made.
